Mobile Air & Power Rentals seeks a Regional Service Manager to oversee the Easter Midwest branches (Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA) and lead service operations across the region.

You will drive standard procedures, coach staff, monitor key metrics, and coordinate with Service Managers and VP/GM teams to ensure safety and customer satisfaction while achieving regional goals.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC rental industry experience or similar, preferably in a service management role.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associate degree or technical/vocational training preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with service/MRP software is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee operations of smaller branch rental offices within the region and manage the home branch.
• Provide leadership to ensure consistency in business processes across branches.
• Deploy and enforce service procedures at each branch.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and VP/GM teams to improve interactions within the department.
• Manage metrics to achieve employee, customer, and financial goals.
• Work with branch leadership to optimize service processes and performance.
• Coach and develop branch personnel for growth and evaluations.
