Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee operations across Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Louisville, ensuring consistent service processes and strong branch collaboration. You will drive asset management, safety standards, and service improvements while leading a dispersed team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HVAC rental or similar, supervisory experience, and MS Office/MRP proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC rental or similar service environment.
• Supervisory experience (min 1 year).
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Associate degree preferred; vocational focus acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of smaller branch rental offices within the region and manage the home branch.
• Ensure consistency in business processes across branches.
• Deploy and enforce service procedures in each branch.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and VP/GM to improve service interactions.
• Manage key metrics to meet employee, customer, and financial goals.
• Coach branch personnel for growth and evaluations.
• Conduct audits to drive process consistency.
• Ensure safety standards across branches.
