Job summary

Accurate Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a Regional HVAC Service Manager – Operations & Leadership to oversee commercial field service teams across Columbus, OH and Lancaster, OH. The role requires ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship while coordinating with account managers and leadership.

The position emphasizes coaching, performance management, and proactive problem-solving to maintain customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supervising HVAC field service teams in commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC safety standards, codes, and US regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and manage technical teams effectively.
• 10+ years' experience with HVAC service documentation and account management processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of HVAC field service teams to ensure timely, quality service.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC safety protocols, codes, and regulations across job sites.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members.
• Collaborate with account management to address client needs, schedule services, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate HVAC service documentation, including work orders, safety reports, and compliance records.
• Lead cross-functional communication between service teams, management, and clients to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement to meet service goals.
