Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a Regional Sales Director to partner with the VP of Sales in developing and executing strategies that accelerate revenue, expand market share, and boost profitability for the HVAC rental business across the region. You will coach and empower the sales team, foster key account management, and drive performance through structured CRM activities and strategic pricing.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years in sales/sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 10 years in sales/sales management in industrial products, HVAC rental preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex pipelines and forecast accurately.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth for HVAC rental solutions across branches, contractors, and end-users.
• Lead regional sales team to meet revenue, profit, and market-share targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies with CRM-driven forecasting.
• Partner with VP of Sales to design incentive plans and budget targets.
• Build senior-level relationships with Key and Target accounts and manage large portfolios.
• Coach and train regional staff, monitor plans, and ensure adherence to regional sales plans.
• Stay aware of market trends and competitive actions; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations to optimize service and sales support costs.
