Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in HVAC or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience managing large teams and organizing work schedules.
• Project management to oversee startups and customer requests.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of P&L and operating plans.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft applications; Salesforce experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Strategic outlook for growth in revenue and workforce.
• Manage P&L and monthly revenue forecasting; drive service base growth.
• Interface with customers on large projects and growing service business.
• Control overhead expenses like fleet, uniforms, tools, and safety equipment.
• Mitigate risk in service agreements, turnkeys, and repairs.
• Oversee service coordination to respond to customers and balance technician skills.
• Attract, coach, train, and develop service staff; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure margins are met during sales and fulfillment; establish standard processes.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within the service team.
