Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in HVAC or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience managing large teams and coordinating schedules.
• Project management skills for startups and customer requests.
• Strong business acumen; knowledge of P&L and operating plans.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft applications; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business to meet targets (revenue, workforce forecasting, talent development).
• Provide monthly revenue forecasting and drive service base growth.
• Interface with customers on large projects and growing service business.
• Manage budget controls for overhead items and safety equipment.
• Lead safety initiatives, training, and employee development across the area.
• Coordinate service delivery to balance resources and meet service levels.
