Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in HVAC or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience managing and coaching large teams.
• Strong project management and budget skills; deep knowledge of P&L and operating plans.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in past 3 years.
• Leadership and alignment with company principles.

• Develop a strategic outlook for revenue growth and workforce in the service area.
• Manage P&L, provide monthly revenue forecasts and drive service-base growth.
• Interface with customers on large projects and service delivery.
