Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in HVAC or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience managing large teams and schedules.
• Project management to oversee startups and requests.
• Strong business and P&L knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft apps; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic outlook to grow revenue and workforce.
• Manage P&L, forecast revenue, grow service base with sales.
• Interface with customers on large projects and service turns.
• Control expenses for overhead items and safety equipment.
• Lead safety initiatives and training across area.
• Coach and develop service employees and drive improvements.
• Ensure margin targets during sales and fulfillment activities.
