Trane Technologies in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Area Service Leader to oversee a geographic service area, drive safety, talent development, and budget achievement. The role reports to the Regional Service Leader and collaborates with the area team.

You will lead a team of Area Service Managers, manage large projects, coordinate service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction while advancing environmental health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC or related field experience.
• 3+ years leading large teams and coordinating schedules.
• Proven ability to manage and drive projects to completion.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction for service area with 1–2 year outlook.
• Own P&L responsibilities and forecast revenue with the acquisition team.
• Interface with customers on high-visibility projects and manage large programs.
• Control budgets for overhead items and safety equipment.
• Mitigate risk across service agreements, turnkey projects, and repairs.
• Oversee service coordination, ensuring training and skill balance across the area.
• Attract, coach, and develop service staff; drive performance management.
• Collaborate with ASM team to meet margin expectations and standardize processes.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and provide safety training across the team.
• Travel to customer sites as required; adapt to variable conditions.
