The role combines independent work with teamwork, requiring strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills, plus a proven ability to cold-call and present tailored HVAC solutions. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of self-generated direct sales experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sell maintenance service agreements to new prospects.
• Prospect for new clients through networking and cold calling.
• Schedule meetings with decision makers and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals and pricing estimates using company software.
• Forecast sales targets and manage the sales funnel.
• Attend industry events to generate opportunities.
• Maintain CRM with weekly activity reports.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
