Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond is seeking a Business Development Manager - Service Contracts to independently drive sales of maintenance service agreements with new customers. The role is based in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro, NC area with regional travel required, and involves prospecting, meetings with decision makers, and crafting tailored solutions.

You will forecast targets, develop proposals, and participate in pricing decisions, contributing to EMCOR’s growth in the HVAC and facilities services

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in self-generated direct sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HVAC industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell maintenance service agreements to new customer prospects.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other means.
• Identify decision makers and present customized maintenance solutions.
• Schedule meetings with key decision makers.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and pricing estimates.
• Forecast sales targets and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
• Attend industry events to generate opportunities.
