• Minimum of three years of direct sales experience.
• HVAC industry experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell maintenance service agreements to new customer prospects.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling and other means.
• Identify decision makers and present customized maintenance solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and presentations.
• Meet sales targets and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
• Attend industry functions and report sales activity weekly.
