You will supervise technicians, drive safety and quality, and coordinate between office and field teams to ensure client satisfaction and profitability. Applicants should have HVAC certification and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required; high school diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years as a Service Technician with HVAC experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed and manage multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Service Operations activities in Greenville, SC.
• Supervise Service Technicians and ensure profitability and performance.
• Train Technicians adhering to Aircond philosophy and safety standards.
• Maintain safety, quality control, and budget adherence.
