Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond is seeking a Business Development Manager - Service Contracts based in Macon, GA. The role focuses on selling maintenance service agreements to new clients and requires building relationships with decision makers across the region.

You will prospect new business, perform site surveys, prepare proposals, and contribute to reaching monthly and yearly sales targets. Travel throughout the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with self-generated direct sales.
• Experience in HVAC industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell maintenance service agreements to new customer prospects.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other means.
• Cold call within your assigned market and territory.
• Schedule face-to-face meetings with key decision makers.
• Prepare and present client proposals, presentations and quotes.
• Forecast sales targets and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns or distribution channels.
• Attend industry events sponsored by associations and chambers.
• Submit weekly sales activity reports and update CRM.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
