EMCOR Services Aircond is seeking a Business Development Manager - Service Contracts to independently drive sales of maintenance service agreements. Based in Birmingham, AL, you will travel regionally to meet with prospective clients and senior decision makers.

You will identify client needs, prepare quotes, and present tailored maintenance solutions. The role requires strong consultative selling, networking, and negotiation skills to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of experience with self-generated direct sales.
• Experience in the HVAC industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Sell maintenance service agreements to new customer prospects.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling and other means.
• Identify potential clients and key decision makers within target organizations.
• Sell customized maintenance solutions to the highest-level decision makers within targeted organizations.
• Schedule face to face meetings with key decision makers and build rapport.
• Prepare and present client proposals, presentations and quotes.
