Job summary

eAir, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth for ComfortStar HVAC equipment and Smart Electric aftermarket parts. You will expand market share, develop new distributor relationships, and manage regional sales within the assigned territory.

The role requires proven experience selling to HVAC/R wholesale distributors, strong account management, and the ability to develop new business across multiple states. Up to 60% travel is required and a competitive salary package is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling to HVAC/R wholesale distributors (distributorship network knowledge).
• Ability to establish and grow distributor relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive market share growth within the assigned territory.
• Identify, target, and onboard new HVAC wholesale distributor partners.
• Expand existing accounts through strategic product positioning and relationship building.
• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed territory revenue goals.
• Call on and maintain relationships with all HVAC/R distributors in the region.
• Provide product training, support, and ongoing engagement to drive sell-through.
