Qualifications

• At least 7 years of outside industrial technical sales experience in HVAC or building services.
• Experience calling on hospitals, pharmaceutical, and/or Federal Government owned buildings.
• Proven ability to engage with Facilities Directors, Energy Engineers, Building Engineers, HVAC Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales efforts in the Greater Miami market.
• Develop relationships with clients in the HVAC services industry.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
