Gemaire Distributors LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead HVAC residential and contractor sales across a designated region. You will oversee Territory Sales Managers, drive revenue, and set strategic market actions.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to develop and execute regional sales plans while collaborating with dealer networks and attending industry events.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of sales leadership experience, preferably in HVAC.
• Proven success mentoring sales employees to meet goals.
• Ability to analyze sales and market data and deliver quality presentations.
• Ability to work independently to meet goals for self and team.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts within an assigned region.
• Secure maximum market share and sales dollars per policies.
• Develop market strategies and solicit new accounts and dealers.
• Set targets for direct reports and drive development of TSMs.
• Motivate and develop Territory Sales Managers through training and guidance.
• Represent company at dealer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Attend product shows and industry events as needed.
• Stay updated on product line changes and training.
• Resolve customer service concerns and provide forecasts.
