Job summary

Walmart is seeking a licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a regional team of technicians, ensure efficient building operation, and provide a safe, sustainable environment for associates and customers.

Expect approximately 50% travel, licensure maintenance, vendor coordination, and strong focus on reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement in a large retail network.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years).
• Electrical, plumbing or mechanical systems experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% or more within the region to support facilities needs.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics on facility operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits.
• Participate in training to meet regulatory standards and inspections.
