Job summary

Walmart seeks a Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a regional team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable building operations. You will oversee predictive and preventative maintenance, collaborate with store managers and vendors, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The role requires licensure, travel, and strong leadership. The position offers a generous compensation package with a sign-on bonus, bonus eligibility, and extensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% within the region for facility support and inspections.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to address needs.
• Engage vendors and contractors as required to complete scope of work.
• Produce reporting and analytics for maintenance performance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits as required by codes.
