Job summary

Walmart seeks a licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities across the region. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers.

The role requires approximately 50% travel within the region and maintaining applicable contractor licenses.

Qualifications

• General facilities/building maintenance experience required.
• Strong electrical/plumbing/mechanical skills preferred.
• Leadership and team development abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across regional facilities.
• Lead technicians and coordinate with store managers and facilities leadership.
• Ensure compliance with codes, licenses, and safety standards.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed.
