Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to lead HVAC/R and building maintenance across a regional market. You’ll coach a team, partner with Store Managers, and drive reliability while ensuring safety and compliance.

Role requires an active HVAC/R Contractor license and EPA certification, with 3–5 years in facilities or related fields, plus strong leadership and communication skills. Travel ~50% within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R license required and leadership experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• 3–5 years of facilities management, construction management or related field.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and building maintenance across locations.
• Partner with Store Managers to identify and resolve facility needs.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure code compliance.
