Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead regional maintenance for Walmart facilities. You will oversee a team of technicians, ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable building operations, and collaborate with managers and vendors to meet service standards.

Essentially you will handle regulatory compliance, licensing, reporting, and continuous improvement in a dynamic retail environment. Travel is a significant component of the role.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3–5 years optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience required.
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel within region ~50% to support facilities needs.
• Maintain and renew contractor licenses and permits.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leaders.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage reporting.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
