Walmart is seeking a licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional footprint. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant facilities for associates and customers.

The role requires maintaining state licenses, substantial travel (about 50%), collaboration with Store Managers and vendors, and ongoing training to stay current with codes and standards.

• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits.
• Participate in training to stay current with regulatory requirements and codes.
