Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective building operations while supporting associates and customers.

The role involves 50% regional travel, maintaining licenses, collaboration with store managers, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Communication/Interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills – Root cause and breakdown analysis experience

Responsabilidades

• Travel within the region 50%+ and maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Produce reporting and analytics on facilities operations
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to ensure good standing with authorities
• Participate in training programs to stay aligned with regulatory requirements and perform site inspections
• Obtain necessary permits and schedule inspections per mechanical/building codes
