Jobot is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive in Tampa to drive aggressive growth in the BAS/HVAC controls space. You will target owner-direct and plan & spec opportunities, leveraging connections with major manufacturers and integrators.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in BAS/HVAC sales, with proven ability to close deals and manage key accounts. Competitive base, strong commission plan, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales in Building Automation/HVAC Controls space.
• Owner direct and/or plan & spec experience.
• Experience selling product lines such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Distech, Delta, Honeywell, and Trane.

Responsibilities

• Drive aggressive sales growth in the assigned Tampa region.
• Develop owner-direct and plan & spec opportunities within BAS/HVAC controls.
• Promote product lines and manage customer relationships to close deals.
