TotalEnergies is seeking a Regional HSE Advisor to champion a world-class safety culture across our U.S. Distributed Generation projects.

You will lead compliance, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship with diverse teams and regulators. The role requires deep knowledge of OSHA standards, experience in construction or operations, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while building sustainable safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in HSE roles, preferably in construction/operations/maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction and general industry standards.
• Familiarity with TotalEnergies HSE rules is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional HSE initiatives to ensure project compliance and continuous improvement.
• Advise on high-risk activities and conduct site inspections to verify safety standards.
• Develop and maintain HSE procedures aligned with federal and state requirements.
• Engage with regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
