Job summary

Enel North America seeks a Regional HSEQ Operational Manager to lead health, safety, environment, and quality programs across Wind, Solar, Storage, and Demand Response in North America. You will mentor regional HSEQ staff, align with corporate goals, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture.

Responsibilities include developing ISO-aligned programs, conducting incident investigations, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of HSEQ experience with leadership responsibility.
• Expertise with ISO-based management systems and auditing.
• Experience with SAP reporting for HSEQ (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead North American HSEQ across Wind, Solar, Storage, and Demand Response.
• Mentor HSEQ managers and staff; align strategy with corporate goals.
• Develop and implement ISO-aligned programs and emergency plans.
• Lead incident investigations and preventive actions.
• Oversee audits, field inspections, and data reporting across region.
• Collaborate with operations and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
