Job summary

Hussmann is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to partner with field operations across multiple states, including North Carolina. The role drives talent management, workforce planning, and leadership coaching to improve business outcomes.

You will advise leaders, handle employee relations matters, and execute HR programs while ensuring legal compliance. Travel up to 25% is required in a dynamic, dispersed workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to influence leaders and build relationships across all levels.
• Travel up to 25% across the assigned region.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned service and installation operations.
• Provide workforce planning support, including talent forecasting and organizational design.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and investigations.
• Coach leaders on development and career progression.
• Support safety initiatives and policy compliance across the region.
