Job summary

Hussmann Corporation is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to Operations Leaders across Georgia, North Carolina, and Louisiana. You will lead talent planning, workforce design, and employee relations for technicians, installers, and supervisors.

The role requires partnering with EHS and COEs, coaching leaders, and driving HR programs while ensuring compliance. Travel up to 25% and a strong HR background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience managing employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations.
• Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and build relationships across all levels.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region up to 25%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned service and installation operations.
• Partner with regional and district leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Provide workforce planning support, including talent forecasting, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends to identify opportunities and risks affecting business performance.
• Advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee development, and career progression.
• Support and execute HR programs including performance management, compensation, benefits communication, and talent initiatives.
