Job summary

Hussmann is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to Operations Leaders across Georgia, North Carolina, and Louisiana. You will drive talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and leadership coaching for a dispersed team of technicians, installers, and supervisors.

Collaborating with EHS and HR CoE, you will ensure compliance, implement HR programs, support safety initiatives, and guide organizational change while traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience managing employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations.
• Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region up to 25%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned service and installation operations.
• Partner with regional and district leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Provide workforce planning support, including talent forecasting, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Advise leaders on employee relations matters and conduct workplace investigations.
• Coach leaders on employee development and career progression and build high-performing teams.
• Support and execute HR programs including performance management, compensation, benefits communication, and talent initiatives.
