You will drive talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning for technicians and supervisors, while coaching leaders to improve engagement and performance.

The role requires strategic partnership, strong employee relations expertise, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements for a multi-state workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned service and installation operations.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Coach leaders on employee development, engagement, and change management.
