Kelso Industries is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner based in Clearwater, Florida. You will act as a strategic HR partner to two operating companies, translating business priorities into people strategies that enhance capability, leadership, and growth across multiple sites.

This hands‑on role requires strong employee relations, workforce planning, and change management skills, with regular onsite collaboration and travel to support field and project teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR leadership responsibility within a multi‑site or field‑based organization.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with operational and senior business leaders to influence business outcomes through people strategies.
• Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, performance management, leadership coaching, and conflict resolution.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner to leadership across APG and Premier Electric.
• Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies that strengthen organizational performance and support sustainable growth.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, employee retention, and leadership effectiveness.
• Coach leaders and managers on building high-performing teams, developing employees, and strengthening accountability.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on current and future workforce requirements to help build talent pipelines ahead of business demand.
