Job summary

Fluke in Everett, WA is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across Global Operations and Services. You will shape organizational strategy, build leadership capability, and drive workforce outcomes to enable business performance.

You will serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent strategy, and people leader effectiveness, translating business objectives into practical people strategies and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant business partner experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or other operational environments.
• Demonstrated success influencing people leaders and driving organizational change.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect workforce decisions to business outcomes.
• Experience leading organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with leaders to align people strategies with operational priorities.
• Advise on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, and leadership development.
• Provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance with leaders.
• Translate objectives into practical people strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Lead workforce planning with finance to align capability with needs.
• Support organizational design, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to structure and talent.
• Support growth initiatives, transformations, integrations, and restructurings.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership assessments.
• Coach leaders to strengthen leadership, culture, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Talent Enablement to address capability gaps.
• Build talent pipelines for key roles.
• Lead people-related aspects of change and business transformations.
• Help leaders communicate vision and increase readiness.
• Reinforce Fluke's culture, values, and leadership expectations.
• Use feedback and metrics to strengthen culture and health.
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Present data-driven recommendations to leaders.
