Job summary

Black & White Engineering seeks a Regional Head of HR to lead the delivery of our U.S. people strategy from Tampa. This hands-on role partners with regional leaders to manage the US HR function and ensure alignment with our global priorities.

You will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and compliance across multi-state employment laws, while shaping a strong employer brand and engaging culture. The role may include global Lead responsibilities and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field; graduate degree and/or HR certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of HR leadership experience in a fast-paced U.S. environment.
• Strong HR and employee relations background with onboarding, engagement, absence and performance management expertise.
• Working knowledge of U.S. federal and multi-state employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, ADEA).
• Experience in influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• HRIS experience with Workday or BambooHR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of regional people strategy across the U.S., aligned with global HR.
• Partner with regional leadership to design workforce planning and organizational structure.
• Oversee U.S. HR compliance, policies, Form I-9 and E-Verify, leave administration and multi-state requirements.
• Manage talent acquisition and employer brand to attract talent and improve retention.
• Serve as regional HRIS administrator and contribute to global people initiatives.
• Support learning, development and ESG-related HR activities and initiatives.
