You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations while ensuring compliant HR practices across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
