Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Manager to serve as a strategic HR partner to Operations leadership across assigned region(s).

You will coach in People Planning, develop staffing plans, and provide training for leadership and associates while supporting associate relations and key workplace initiatives. The role requires 7+ years HR experience with 5+ years in HR Generalist functions including associate relations, training, and recruiting, preferably in retail/hospitality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; business and/or HR majors preferred.
• 7+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience in associate relations, training and development, recruiting, and people management or equivalent Operations management experience.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Operations leadership in assigned region(s) in People Planning and development of Operations management.
• Evaluate internal candidates for vacant/new positions and identify high potential associates.
• Conduct field visits and interviews to identify opportunities for improved retention.
