You will lead onboarding, performance management, and employee development while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy. This position emphasizes collaboration with facility and corporate HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum five years in a Human Resources role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with HR information systems and confidential data handling.

Responsibilities

• Advises Facility Administrator and management on HR issues.
• Supports recruitment efforts and coordinates with centralized recruiting.
• Manages onboarding, records, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinates benefit programs and annual enrollment.
• Oversees performance appraisal and employee development.
• Ensures proper handling of leave, ADA, and EEO compliance.
