GEO Secure Services seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with facility leadership, oversee HR programs and policies, and ensure compliant personnel processes. You will guide recruiting, onboarding, and employee development while coordinating with regional and corporate HR teams.

The role requires strong leadership and confidentiality, with responsibility for benefits, payroll inputs, and performance management within a correctional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with significant experience in HR leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with HRIS and standard HR software; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Advise Facility Administrator and management on HR issues.
• Lead recruitment support and ensure compliant personnel records.
• Guide disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and employee development.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and HR data entry in the HRIS.
• Ensure policy compliance and liaison with regional/corporate HR.
• Oversee benefits, payroll inputs, and worker's compensation processes.
