The GEO Group, Inc. is hiring for a Human Resources professional to lead HR operations at our Colorado facility. You will advise facility leadership, manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits enrollment and HR data integrity to support a compliant and productive workforce.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of HR experience, strong leadership, and expertise with HR information systems, payroll, and policy implementation in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience or an equivalent Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in HR leadership.
• Must show supervisory experience and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise Facility Administrator and management on HR issues.
• Coordinate local recruiting and onboarding with centralized recruiting.
• Oversee benefit programs, enrollment, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain personnel records and HR data integrity.
• Lead performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
