Job summary

You will drive talent management, implement HR metrics, and collaborate with senior leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and employee experience. This role requires onsite presence at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years Amazon experience acceptable.
• 5+ years in HR leadership or 2+ years in operations/retail/logistics with leadership experience.
• Experience implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics.
• Experience leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management).

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse HR team to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen culture and deliver results using data-driven workforce solutions.
• Drive talent management and development, establish equitable selection, retention, and performance optimization.
• Monitor employee sentiment with data analysis and feedback mechanisms; implement action plans.
• Champion organizational change with stakeholder management and change leadership.
• Drive adoption of HR technology and digital transformation while maintaining a human-centered approach.
• Own end-to-end PXT operational excellence with rigorous process execution and data usage.
• Split time between home site and travel across region (~50% travel).
