Pinnacle Propane, LLC is seeking a Regional Human Resources Generalist to support employees and managers across multiple locations in the Albuquerque region. The role handles recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits administration, employee relations, workers' compensation, leave, performance management support, and HRIS record maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and the ability to travel across the Southwest

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of progressive HR experience required.
• Experience supporting multi-site and multi-state operations preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and workers' compensation required.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned territory.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation and employee concerns.
• Administer benefits, leave, and leave-related processes.
• Support workers' compensation claims and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate training, leadership development, and development programs.
• Assist with performance reviews and HR data reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws.
