The role involves travel up to 35% and supports the West Region with strategic HR programs across COEs.

The position requires 5+ years in HR Generalist roles, a bachelor’s degree, and SHRM-CP/PHR preferred. A strong focus on culture, compliance, and performance is essential.

• Lead HR initiatives and position HR as the voice of the organization.
• Evaluate employee relations issues and develop proactive strategies.
• Support interim HR projects and key organizational initiatives.
