Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Experience supporting performance improvement plans and employee conduct matters is required.
• Ability to navigate sensitive and complex employee situations with care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR elements across the colleague lifecycle for the Midwest and Atlantic regions.
• Answer HR questions and escalate issues as needed.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including I-9s and new hire reporting.
• Assist with mobility, role changes, and internal programs.
• Provide data reporting and insights to support decision-making.
