Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking an HR Consulting Generalist to provide strategic HR solutions and oversee day-to-day HR operations at a multi-site healthcare facility. You will ensure policy compliance, manage employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance, leaves, and development programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR administrative experience, the ability to communicate HR policies, and a track record of partnering with management to execute service strategies

Qualifications

• Proven administrative HR support across multi-site environments.
• Experience communicating HR policies and resolving employee relations issues.
• Experience managing leaves of absence under federal, state and local laws.
• Experience facilitating training and onboarding for new hires.
• Ability to collaborate with management to implement service strategies and plans.
• Excellent relationship-building and client-facing communication.
