Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions is seeking an HR Advisor to support regional operations and corporate HR. The role covers recruitment/onboarding, employee relations, training, tracking, and reporting, driving improvements to HR systems and processes.

The successful candidate will work under the HR Manager, build strong relationships, manage data, and coordinate onboarding and reporting activities across sites, including travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Human Resources or Administrative Support.
• Experience with HR systems and data reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with employees at all levels in the region.
• Tracks employee assignments and facilitates transfers as needed.
• Runs and reconciles reports from Excel and Oracle HCM daily.
• Submits status changes and maintains electronic files.
• Supports hiring forecasts and recruiting processes with the team.
• Coordinates onboarding, I-9 completion, and new hire orientation.
• Provides HR reports to management (EEO, metrics) as required.
• Assists with reductions in force and replacement planning.
• Conducts exit interviews and updates data systems.
