Job summary

Applegreen is hiring an HR Generalist to support 17 Travel Plazas across the Pennsylvania Region. You will handle employee relations investigations, coaching, staffing, onboarding, and compliance, while driving consistent HR practices and district-level reporting.

You will partner with the Regional HR Business Partner to strengthen people standards and foster a productive, inclusive workplace across locations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR experience including employee relations and investigations.
• Experience in retail or food/beverage preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Knowledge of ADA, FLSA, and FMLA.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations and documentation.
• Coach managers on performance, policy, and employee concerns.
• Oversee staffing and onboarding activities.
• Ensure timely investigations follow-up and action plans.
• Maintain weekly and monthly HR reporting and metrics.
• Support HR compliance and policy administration.
• Collaborate with Regional HR Business Partner on initiatives.
