Job summary

Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking an HR Generalist to support 17 Travel Plazas in the Pennsylvania region. You will handle employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations reporting under the HR Business Partner.

You will partner with store leaders and HR specialists to ensure compliant, timely, and engaging people practices while contributing to a positive workplace culture across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience including employee relations and recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Knowledge of ADA, FLSA, and FMLA.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with HRIS and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee-relations investigations and coaching.
• Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
• Develop weekly and monthly HR reports and trends.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Partner with regional HRBP and site leaders.
• Organize HR events and training sessions.
