EōS Fitness is seeking an experienced HR Partner to lead employee relations, investigations, and compliance for its Nevada operations. This hands-on leader will guide leaders on complex matters, ensure regulatory adherence, and shape practical policy guidance in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles.
• Experience supporting large, multi-unit organizations (2,500+ employees).
• Hybrid work environment experience and strong policy knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional partners.
• Proven ability to translate employment requirements into practical guidance.
