Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking an experienced HR leader to guide HR decisions at the Henderson, NV location. You will deliver HR processes, ensure compliance with laws, and partner with local leadership to develop workforce plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with extensive leadership experience (or GED with substantial seniority) and offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for strategic impact within a large multi-business group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• GED with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local leadership on HR decisions and ensure delivery of HR processes, procedures and policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all HR functions including Compensation, Compliance, Capabilities, Leaves, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, etc., and Labor team as applicable.
• Ensure assigned location(s) or functional area complies with all federal, state, and local laws governing employment.
• Evaluate current and potential HR issues or needs and deliver strategic responses.
• Partner with local business partners on development of workforce plans and/or staffing needs and support.
• Partner with the TA team on staffing strategies, staffing calls and hiring events if appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned
